Mission

Peptide COA Test partners with peptide manufacturing, distributing and compounding organizations to provide independent, accurate and prompt analysis of samples. Peptide COA Test provides nation-wide service with excellent turnaround at competitive rates.
Services
Purity & Identity
Reversed-phase HPLC with UV detection determines peptide purity as a percentage and identifies impurities, while LC-MS with high-resolution accurate mass confirms the peptide's identity by comparing observed molecular weight to the expected value. Both tests are performed on the same sample and delivered on a single Certificate of Analysis.
Net Peptide Content
Quantifies the actual active peptide weight in your sample by accounting for water, salts, counterions, and other non-peptide components. Essential for accurate dosing and formulation when the label weight alone is not enough.
Conformity / Variance
Verify that multiple vials from the same batch are consistent. Each vial you submit is tested independently and the report shows how closely the units conform — quantifying vial-to-vial variance so you know your batch is uniform, not just that one vial passed.
HGH Dimer Analysis
Specialty add-on for human growth hormone samples. Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC-HPLC) quantifies the percentage of dimer (two HGH molecules bound together) and higher molecular weight aggregates. Dimer is technically HGH but does not appear in standard purity tests and reduces bioactivity, so a dedicated analysis is required to detect it.
